End of the Year Decision Making – Check in with your VIPS

December 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Something typically happens during the fall break that motivates you to take action on your goals. Sometimes the stress of the situation or the pressure of a deadline can be the motivation you need to get going on a project, but that level of stress isn’t always good for you. If you are struggling with a big decision or stress in life/work/school, consider joining the workshop. While end of the year is a great time to reflect and start planning for the new year, you can actually reflect and take action through out the year if you check in on your VIPS. What are VIPS? Good questions. We all have VIPS, but mine are different from yours. And, yours are certainly unique to you. The VIPS are also known as the 4 pillars of your identity and while you might be more complex that 4 things, knowing your 4 pillars will give you an edge in decision making and action planning. V- values, I- interest, P- personality, S- skills These 4 pillars will be explored in future workshops. This workshop is designed specifically for decision making about school, class scheduling, and other academic demands. This workshop will be discussion and sharing, along with journal reflections and sharing of tips. We’re all here for one another
