You must submit this form to the Registrar's office so they may prepare your diploma for graduation, even if it is after the Intent to Graduate due date. (**See Student Handbook for information on graduation requirements and policies. Please complete an audit with your advisor to ensure you are on track for the selected graduation date. The intent deadline is set so you and your advisor can perform an audit while you still have time to register for classes in your final semester. You may submit an intent after the deadline but please be aware that your program needs to be complete and depending on when you submit after the deadline you may miss out on graduation communications or participation, your diploma may also be delayed.)
