Imposter Syndrome & Perfectionism: You are not a fraud! You are learning!

August 3 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Imposter Syndrome & Perfectionism: Have you ever felt like everyone else has it figured out except you? You’re not alone. This interactive 1-hour workshop explores the connection between imposter syndrome, perfectionism, stress, and self-doubt in college life as well as daily routine. Participants will learn why these patterns develop, how they impact confidence and performance, and receive practical tools to challenge the inner critic, reduce comparison, and build a healthier definition of success. No sharing required—just a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow. I completed the launch session of this workshop on 7.6.2026 and will work to expand and develop the resources within as time goes on. I value feedback from participants in order to help with this growth. This is a very popular and much needed workshop because imposter syndrome is real and can have a detrimental impact on our ability to be successful across all areas of life. Participants Will Receive: Self-Assessment PDF for Imposter Syndrome (CIPS) The Reality Check Map (created by Casey Logan, M.Ed., LPCC-S) PDF with resources and information to follow along with the presentation Activities that can be completed during the presentation or afterward Resources and Support
