How to Stop Sabotaging Yourself + Achieve Your Goals

Do you set goals for yourself only to get frustrated and give up? Do you struggle with self-discipline and doing what you say you’re going to do? In this workshop, you will create a goal for yourself (or work with a goal you already have), and then learn how to stop sabotaging yourself so that you can achieve your goal, even if obstacles get in your way.
