Anxiety Coping Skills

Join Counselor Chloe as she shares several exercises and mental health practices that everyone should know for anxiety. This workshop will cover several sources of anxiety and what to do to help yourself. The one-hour workshop will include PowerPoint slides, mental health exercises with demonstration, and short video clips.
